In addition to new capabilities, Cohesive Components has invested in additional production capacity, testing abilities, and more to ensure we continue delivering responsive service.

With a national reputation for excellence in the custom converting industry, the addition of Kent Manufacturing means that our company can better serve our customers with enhanced capabilities to deliver comprehensive converting and sealing solutions.

What it Means for 2025 and Beyond: The acquisition of Kent expands Cohesive Components engineering capabilities and automotive IATF-16949 certification. Cohesive Components now stands as one of the few North American converters with comprehensive certifications across the medical, automotive, and aerospace sectors, enhancing our capacity to innovate and deliver.
